My beliefs are informed by metaphysical naturalism. I am a Secular Humanist. Secular Humanism is a life sance and a way of thinking and living that aims to bring out the best in people so that all people can have the best in life. Secular humanists reject supernatural and authoritarian beliefs. They affirm that we must take responsibility for our own lives and the communities and world in which we live. Secular humanism emphasizes reason and scientific inquiry, individual freedom and responsibility, human values and compassion, and the need for tolerance and cooperation. __ http://www.secularhumanism.org/

Finding accurate information

The pseudo-conservative ditto-heads and the Flying Monkey Right seem to think that reporting the facts are partisan because the facts contradict what they believe to be true. If you value truth you will look up the references and find the original sources instead of blindly trusting a talking head or bog for news. You can then determine who to trust for your information by their track record for reliable information. <<
>> Don't look at Factcheck if you are afraid of the truth. Politicians are lairs and hallways have been. It is a popularity contest where the politician that best tells the majority what they want to hear and then take money to do the opposite wins. Don't get me wrong, I am not a total cynic, there are good people who aspire to do great things in politics but, they rarely are voted into office. <<
>> I find it quite sad when people allow others to do their thinking and see facts as propaganda and lies as truth do to fear or because it dos not fit their small minded views. If giving head is sex then war is not peace. <<
>> No mater what political party you are affiliated with to fallow with blind faith is the road to HELL. Politicians who report to talk with God and use faith to stop people from reasoning are the most dangerous except for the people who are the followers. <<
>> Factcheck serves to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics by monitoring the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players. <<
>> Non-partisan means not expressing your bias in judgment, not supporting... <<
