My beliefs are informed by metaphysical naturalism. I am a Secular Humanist. Secular Humanism is a life stance and a way of thinking and living that aims to bring out the best in people so that all people can have the best in life. Secular humanists reject supernatural and authoritarian beliefs. They affirm that we must take responsibility for our own lives and the communities and world in which we live. Secular humanism emphasizes reason and scientific inquiry, individual freedom and responsibility, human values and compassion, and the need for tolerance and cooperation. __ http://www.secularhumanism.org/

"Ever since the late 60's, conservatives in the US have done a brilliant job in portraying liberals as self righteous elitists who are out of touch with hard working Americans who keep the country going and defend it from its enemies"

This is a response I wrote 6 weeks ago in regards to Geezeus negative review. I originally posted it as a review of his page. So far there has not been a response to my challenge. >>

Geezeus wrote this negative review about me at the bottom. Normally I don't respond to personal attacks but, I thought I would give him another chance to give me some real criticism and point out all the evidence on my blog that shows that I am a 'hypocrite, moron, looser and a traitor to this country.' >> < By the way I have never censored any of my negative reviews so, maybe they were retracted, I don't know. I doubt you will believe that, so why don't you test it out and have all your friends and cronies give me negative reviews. I dare you. O but, I ask only one thing that you point out specific instances on my blog. Good hunting. >>

Geezeus negative review - "What a faker and a coward. You see how it says there are 56 reviews of this moron and only 48 show that is because he hides the reviews that out this hypocrite for who they really are....a lost loser. I guess that freedom of speech thing only works when it is in your favor. You are a traitor to this country."

Personality disorders are on the rise in the USA. Historically, the worst world leaders had a combination of Paranoid + Narcissistic + Antisocial Personality Disorders.
Paranoid Personality Disorder traits:
Mistrust, They promoted a culture of fear in which no one was trusted;
Hatred, They promoted hatred of a common "enemy" to gain political power;
Feeling Victimized, They convinced their followers that they were the "victims" of a global conspiracy of evil.
These leaders established totalitarian regimes which dealt ruthlessly with any of their citizens that opposed them. Click on the page to make it slide.

"The lesson we should draw from the Fitna controversy is that we need more criticism of Islam, not less. Let it come down in such torrents that not even the most deluded Islamist could conceive of containing it. As Ibn Warraq, author of the revelatory Why I Am Not a Muslim, said in response to recent events:

It is perverse for the western media to lament the lack of an Islamic reformation and willfully ignore works such as Wilders' film, Fitna. How do they think reformation will come about if not with criticism? There is no such right as 'the right not to be offended; indeed, I am deeply offended by the contents of the Koran, with its overt hatred of Christians, Jews, apostates, non-believers, homosexuals but cannot demand its suppression.

It is time we recognized that those who claim the "right not to be offended" have also announced their hatred of civil society. "

The global food shortage may be an engineered fraud or just the resolt of a profit driven globalised free market.

"In this situation of general decline, there was no reason for the government, particularly the Ministry of Agriculture, to play with the market. Higher liquidity is allowing market manipulators to hoard and enjoy abnormal profits. The Government may claim that futures trading in wheat, rice and pulses like tur and urad were suspended by the Forward Markets Commission as it caused market manipulation, but Chaudhary says "futures trading are being carried out in a number of agricultural commodities." The same phenomenon was observed globally leading IGC to comment that "Global financial turmoil often overrode supply fundamentals, leading to frequent and unpredictable price swings which also affected other commodities." Is the sub-prime mortgage bust fuelling another round of speculation in food to compensate for the losses? You bet it is."

But Bloch argues that religion is only one manifestation of this unique ability to form bonds with non-existent or distant people or value-systems.

"Religious-like phenomena in general are an inseparable part of a key adaptation unique to modern humans, and this is the capacity to imagine other worlds, an adaptation that I argue is the very foundation of the sociality of modern human society."

""Once we realise this omnipresence of the imaginary in the everyday, nothing special is left to explain concerning religion," he says."
